Tendonitis and initial Carpal Tunnel?
Hello,
My husband is suffering from severe tendonitis and initial carpal tunnel syndrome. This occurred due to excessive typing and strain on his hand and wrist. He uses ice to reduce the swelling and pain. Can anyone share any kind of self remedy for his problem?. Does he have to alternate between ice and hot water therapy. In that case how often should he alternate? Any help on this would be useful as he is suffering a lot.
if u use heat & ice u should rotate between the two every 15-20 mins but end with ice not heat. thats what dr told me for carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel(elbow) . hope this helps. good luck
