How do I get rid of gingivitis?
I dont have insurance so a dentist is out of the question for the moment. are there any home remedies or over the counter products that can help me get rid of gingivitis.
Brushing 3 times a day, flossing twice a day, and using a good fluoride mouthwash will help. If the gingivitis is mild, it should be gone in two weeks. If more severe, you may need some professional help. Good luck.
