Remedies For Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
I think I have Cubital and Carpal Tunnel. What should I do?
About a month ago or so, I started to wake up with my whole pinky and wrist completely numb. I looked up on the internet that I probably had cubital tunnel syndrome so I stopped sleeping with my arms bent. But then recently my thumb and pointer finger have been all tingly and I looked up and I probably have carpal tunnel to! I probably got these because I’m on my laptop and I play guitar a lot.
So Now I figure that my nerves in both my arms are messed up, but I’m incredibly broke, so i can’t afford any surgery or anything, I want to know if there’s any home remedies or things I can do to prevent anything serious from happening? How should I type on my laptop? Is playing my guitar really bad for this?
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
