Natural Remedies For Psoriasis
i need help with my awful skin
my skin is lifeless,sagging for my age {24} large pores,pimples{mainly hormonal}around period time, light scarring dull etc etc im not over reacting either…
i have tried millions of diff skin routines i have sensitive skin also so now only use organic ,gentle products even organic makeup. i dont drink or smmoke ever, i exersize reguarly eat fruit,vegies drink loads of water. i have run out of things to try. my skin is just the same no matter what, i do stress alot sometimes so i no that doesnt help.. but i mostly sleep plenty aswel. any genuine hlpe mucly appreciated any remedies,peels or anything you can recommend that will help prefer to stick with natural stuff. i also have psoriasis{i no right it sucks}

I would make an appointment to see a dermatologist. Explain to them what you have tried etc. If you tell them you prefer natural stuff, a lot will try to accommodate that. I hope you find something that works for you, and I think getting an expert’s advice is the best way to go.
