how long can i keep capers, olives, and anchovies in my fridge once opened?
i bought capers marinated in balsamic vinegar, oil-cured morrocan olives, and anchovies in olive oil and salt.
i opened them all today to make some food. how long now can i keep them in the fridge? does salt and balsamic vinegar work as a natural preservative?
i used to throw them away within three days but i’ve been realizing with the salt and vinegar, it should last longer?
