i dont want to use antibiotics again…please name a few natural antibacterial foods?
i had a throat bacterial infection 2 months ago and i did a course of a very strong antibiotic……now i also have a bacterial infection with yello mucus…i got it from my younger cousins who were very sick and i was babysitting them…….my mother wont let me use antibiotics and she has made soups for me with ginger,garlic,honey etc……is it true as my mom claims that i can be cured by natural food and i wont have to use antibiotics????
