Natural Cures And Home Remedies
My boyfriend gave me his cold, need remedies?
My boyfriend got sick on Sunday and I was doing fine not getting sick until yesterday when I felt all congested and not so good. Since I got it from him I know what to expect. He had to deal with a soar throat, congestion a mild, short fever, coughing.
He said it wasn’t as bad as the other colds he has had but I would love to prevent or lessen me getting worse? Can you suggest any of the following:
Decongestant?
Soar troat relief?
Natural cures?
Home remedies?
Do’s and Don’t do’s?
FOODs?
If possible make it as natural as possible I don’t really like to take medications but I will still take suggestions on good meds

I have a doctor’s appointment next Wednesday for some other reason but I hope to be rid of the cold by then. I take prenatal vitamins already. I am also drinking green tea.
