Homeopathic Remedies For Depression
Are there any natural remedies for manic depression and PMT?
I have manic depression, AND also terrible PMT. Although this is managed with medication, I wish that there was something more homeopathic that I could do or take to relieve these symptoms. Starflower oil helped quite a lot, but very expensive – can anyone who has been through the same help at all?
