Any home remedies for a tight bladder neck?
Hi. Is there any remedies that can help a tight bladder neck, which is a bladder muscle at the end of the urethra. Kind of like a door to the bladder. The tighter it is, the less urine can flow through, hence symptoms like frequent urination, incomplete emptying of the bladder, very slow urine flow…etc occur.
Urologist provided Flomax (also used for BPH [enlarged prostates] ) but this gives many other side effects and makes you impotent. Im not going to use this method as im still quite young so any remedies out there? I tried Saw Palmetto but no real luck.

Nothing herbal I can think of for tight bladder neck, you tried bladder training? Saw Palmetto is for BPH really, so if you have that it’ll help.
