Is Calcarea carbonica homeopathy good for losing weight?
i have been taking these in the form of liquid from past one week . And it seems as though iam gaining more weight even though iam exercising regularly… so should i continue with this or try phytolacca berry or Nat phos or veniculosa. My body is average but i have a bulging stomach and my chest feels heavy and there is no free flow of breathing…. so iam choosing calcarea carb for losing weight help thanks a lot

The only way to lose weight is to expend more calories in activity, than you take in with food. There is no magic diet or supplement that will help you lose weight unless you follow these first two rules.
Sorry..I know everybody wants a pill and a quick fix…but for weight loss, there is no such thing.
