I need help soon please-very embarrassing:(?
I am 18 years old, still a virgin and have recently been having minor “accidents.” I don’t feel any urgency or even minor need to go to the toilet and the pee kind of spurts out without any warning. I’ve never had any problems like this before and I don’t take part in any activity that would weaken my pelvic floor muscles, and I do Kegel exercises regularly. It is very embarrassing and I never know when it’s going to happen next. The amount of pee that comes out isn’t very much (about a spoonful) but it happens a lot, and it is getting increasingly frequent. It happens at night too. I don’t wet the bed but I have a bit of wetness in my underwear in the morning. Are there any homeopathic remedies, or is there a way I can make my own incontinence pads? I don’t like to pollute the Earth with shop-bought pads, and also I am too embarrassed to buy any. Please help, I am sick of self-consciousness, wet patches on my jeans and damp knickers.
